Bacalao Til Folket
Bacalao til Folket has its roots in the small island of Tustna off Norway’s North-Western coast. Our goal is to share Tustnas 400-year-old history of cuttlefish and Bacalao-production with the rest of the world. On our menu you’ll find a range of Portuguese-Norwegian favorites such as bacalao, bolinhos and crab cakes and more.

Our very own twist on the Portuguese tapa-classic, made from cuttlefish with onions, garlic, parsley and a pinch of chili, served with potato wedges and our creamy butare-aioli.
